All duplicate Accounts will be closed and funds contained therein may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at any subsequent point when dafakaya requests updated or additional information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
dafakaya does not permit the use of the platform by individuals acting as agents or proxies on behalf of third parties. Each Account must represent a single, identifiable natural person who is the beneficial owner of the funds deposited into that Account.
Account registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a username, and the creation of a secure password. Additional personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact number will be required as part of the KYC verification process prior to withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. In such cases, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
